2026 - Built to Last

Some of us have been building for years. But somewhere along the way the question shifted from how do I start to how do I sustain this? How do I build something that does not collapse when life gets hard? How do I grow without burning out? How do I create something that is still standing — and still serving me — in ten years?

Built to Last is the conference for that woman.

2025 — The Woman, Her Brand, Her Legacy

In 2025, Enterprise and Heels gathered women to explore the intersection of identity, brand, and the mark they want to leave on the world. Speakers including Financial Jennifer led conversations that challenged the women in that room to think beyond business metrics and into the deeper questions of purpose and legacy.

2024: My Bold Era

2024 was about permission. Permission to be seen, to take up space, and to step boldly into the next season of building. The room was full of women who arrived uncertain and left decided.
