Who we are

We started with a simple belief: women were made to build. Ideas, businesses, families, communities, legacies...all inclusive.

But too often, we saw brilliant women second-guess themselves. Talented women shrink in rooms they should own. Ambitious women feel isolated on journeys they should be celebrated for.

So we built something different.

Enterprise and Heels was born out of a desire to see African women show up boldly in the fullness of who they are: visionary, creative, ambitious, soft, powerful, brilliant.

We wanted to create more than a conference. We wanted to create a movement.

One that brings women together, not just to talk, but to grow. Not just to listen, but to build. Not just to be seen, but to lead.

Today, Enterprise and Heels is a growing community of women in business and leadership who are saying “yes” to building well...and beautifully.

We host one of the most anticipated annual conferences in North Central Nigeria, bringing together entrepreneurs, creatives, executives, and visionaries for conversations that ignite action.

We launched the Girls Can Build Initiative to go a step further, teaching secondary school girls the power of early confidence, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial skill.

We are raising women who will leave rooms better than they met them. Who will turn quiet dreams into generational empires.

We are...

  • A movement helping women build profitable businesses and visible brands with grace and excellence

  • A hub for community, mentorship, storytelling, and strategy

  • A platform for both emerging and established women to teach, learn, connect, and grow

So whether you're just starting out or reimagining your next chapter, there's space for you here.

Welcome to Enterprise and Heels, where women build boldly.

Enterprise and Heels empowered me with essential skills and connections to succeed in my business journey.

Three women are seated around a wooden table in a modern office setting, each with a laptop. A large screen on the wall displays a professional presentation. One woman wears a red sweater and glasses, another a white long-sleeved top with a black dress, and the third a blue shirt. Various documents and notepads are spread across the table, suggesting a meeting or collaborative work session. Acoustic panels are on the walls.

Thanks to Enterprise and Heels, I gained confidence and valuable resources to elevate my leadership skills.

A group of women, dressed in white uniforms and caps, work together in a wooden structure with a large table. They are engaged in an industrial task, likely related to food production, handling cans and other items. The setting suggests an organized and collaborative environment.
